Programming of “Medical Commander Prognosis” Software Application on Computer Language Turbo C

An accurate prognosis in medicine (especially in oncology) plays a decisive role in the prevention, treatment, assessment of the effectiveness of treatment methods and the results of treatment of cancer patients. The most precise prognostication method in computational mathematics today is the interpolating method. In connection with this the fundamentally new “Medical Commander Prognosis” software application was developed. The diagnosis, the choice of the method of treatment and the observation of patients by the doctor using a computer was carried out using the previously developed software of the computer manager of medical processes "Medical Commander", which occupies a small RAM of a personal computer (no more than 250 KB), disk peripheral memory, which allows to carry out computer statistical processing for effective involvement of a doctor in the process of diagnosis, treatment and the use of interpolating methods for prediction the observed symptoms and treatment results of patients in clinical practice. Interpolation methods for predicting of the observed symptoms and results of treatment of patients in clinical practice in the computer manager of medical processes "Medical Commander" are carried out by the “Medical Commander Prognosis” software application, which is an integral part of "Medical Commander" The article presents a computer program for the "Medical Commander Prognosis" software application in source codes written in the computer language Turbo C, showing how on program level (sending commands to a computer - source codes) is carried out, using computer statistical processing of the medical data, obtained by computer manager of medical processes "Medical Commander" and readout by the program for the "Medical Commander Prognosis" software application, prediction of the studied symptoms and the results of treatment of patients in clinical practice. The use of the program for "Medical Commander Prognosis" software application in a clinical practice permitted to identify a surge ("hump") among patients with metastases after surgery and to determine the effect of the use of various methods of preventive treatment after surgery on increasing the time before the onset of metastases at patients, i.e. to determine the effectiveness of the applied methods of treatment
